Janek Lipka, Club de Tenis Los Pinos player, won his first national tournament in Spain. He was unbeaten in the tournament, which was played at Club de Tenis Gtennis Mas Camarena. Janek played four matches and dropped only one game on his way to the final. Congratulations and good luck in his further development.

Oli took an excellent second place in the 3rd phase of Mediterranean Circuit tournament, which was held at the Equelite JC Ferrero academy. Janek on the other hand took third place. Congratulations for our players and we wish them good luck in the master tournament which will be held next weekend in Elche. Janek will be first seeded and Oli third seeded. Fingers crossed! Now it’s a time to train well during this week and of course congratulations for the winner Platón, who played very good this week.

Our players Jan Marceli Lipka and Oliver Gran Martin, who are competing against a year older, did very well in another tournament of the XII Mediterranean / Alicantino Tennis Circuit in the under 12 category in Torrevieja Tennis Club. Janek took second place and Oliver third. Janek was on the verge of winning his second tournament in a row as he led 6:1, 3:0 in the final, only to lose 6:1, 5:7, 8:10. It was a great lesson for Janek and Enzo, who Janek lost to, should be applauded for fighting to the end. Oliver, on the other hand, lost to Janek in the semi-finals 6:0, 7:5. The match was played at the Club de Tenis Los Pinos because the referee in Torrevieva allowed us to play this match outside…

Between 5 and 12 February the Alicante Cup tournament was held at the Club Deportivo Arena Alicante. Oskar played in the under-14 category and took second place.   On his way to the final he defeated successively:Loan Yvan Gervais - walkoverArseniy Sidorov 6:3, 7:5Théo Descamps 6:2, 6:1 In the final, despite a fierce battle, he had to acknowledge the superiority of Martin Sauerer, losing 6:2, 7:5. We believe that this tournament will give Oskar even more motivation to work on his daily training and will encourage him to put in even more effort. Congratulations and good luck in the next one!

  Our 11 years old player Jan Marceli Lipka was proclaimed champion of the 1st phase of the XII Mediterranean / Alicantino Tennis Circuit in the under 12 category.  In the whole tournament he won seven matches starting from the qualificacion phase. In the whole tournament he lost only one set in the quarter final. In the semi-final he beat number one seed Enzo Torres Lopez 6:2, 6:2 and in the final he beat Carlo Monte Van Den Huevel 6:4, 6:2. We are happy that Janek is learning how to compete and that he is facing difficult situations and can overcome them in the end. Congratulations Janek and keep working smart and hard!
